Sensible movement to strengthen the body and connect to the breath, relax and restore, let go of your worries and be kind to yourself.
Wednesday; 11:00 - 12:00 CHAIR YOGA
Seated yoga offers all the benefits of a regular yoga class, without having to get up from or down to the floor. Using the chairs, we will make gentle and simple movements with the breath to deepen flexibility, strengthen our body awareness and calm the mind.
